Vex - An Angel's Heartbreak

Skyla Messenger, a high-ranking Nephilim angel, finds herself in a desperate situation. Betrayed by her first love, Logan, who has pledged allegiance to the Countenance, she is seen as a mere pawn by the Sectors and the Fems. To top it all off, Chloe, the girl Skyla resurrected, uses her gratitude as leverage, forcing Skyla to relinquish her claim on Logan.

Skyla, fueled by a deep sense of betrayal and a thirst for redemption, vows to change her fate. She sets her sights on turning the tables on the Sectors and the Fems, planning to expose Chloe's manipulative tactics and reclaim her love for Logan. But the path to achieving her goals is paved with treacherous obstacles. With each hurdle she faces, Skyla's strength wanes, leaving her feeling hopeless.

The only solution she can see is a tragic sacrifice - to surrender herself to the Sector in her life, putting everything back in order while losing everything she holds dear. Will Skyla be able to find a way to escape this seemingly inevitable fate? Or will she be consumed by the darkness that surrounds her?
