The Fixer: Where Politics Meet Teen Drama

Imagine a world where power isn't just a concept, but a tangible force that shapes every aspect of your life. That's the reality for sixteen-year-old Tess Kendrick. Growing up on her grandfather's ranch, she's accustomed to wide-open spaces and the quiet rhythm of rural life. But when her estranged sister Ivy whisks her away to Washington D.C., Tess is thrust into a whirlwind of political intrigue and high-stakes maneuvering.

Ivy, a skilled political strategist, operates in a world of backroom deals and delicate negotiations. She's a "fixer," adept at resolving crises and navigating the treacherous waters of D.C.'s elite. And as Tess navigates the halls of Hardwicke Academy, the exclusive school for the offspring of Washington's power players, she finds herself drawn into the same world of influence and manipulation.

Amidst the glamorous parties and glittering social circles, Tess discovers her own talent for problem-solving. She becomes a fixer, albeit in a different capacity. She helps her classmates resolve their social dilemmas and navigate the complicated relationships that come with being the children of power brokers. But when a conspiracy surfaces, involving the family member of one of Tess's classmates, the stakes are raised. Love triangles blossom, family secrets unravel, and Tess finds herself at the heart of a high-octane drama that could shake the foundations of Washington D.C.

This compelling YA thriller blends the intrigue of political thrillers with the relatable drama of high school life. Fans of "Pretty Little Liars" and "Heist Society" will find themselves captivated by Tess's journey of self-discovery and the twists and turns that threaten to unravel everything she knows.
